Techno-Classica 2020 has been postponed by order of the North Rhine Westphalia local government due to Covid-19 restrictions. A new date will be announced by the organisers asap.

It has been a number of years since the last IJDC visit to Techno Classica in Essen, Germany,  one of the best classic car shows in mainland Europe.

The Show is in 8 halls with 1,250 exhibitors & upwards of 188,000 visitors over the 5 days. Entrance cost is €25 per day.  The plan is to spend Friday the 27th & Saturday 28th at the show and spend Sunday 29th at the Classic Remise in Dusseldorf (an amazing classic car experience) before heading back to Dublin that evening.

Suggested flight and hotel details below  with prices and availability as of Jan 30th. Please get booking now as prices will go up and hotels may no longer be available. Hotels in Essen with twin rooms are like hens teeth so again don’t delay making a booking.
