The Brock Inn
We are delighted to announce our first breakfast run for 2021.
Meeting at the Brock Inn, The Ward Dublin D11 KP6R @10am for take away breakfast ( there is plenty of space in the carpark to enjoy and socially distance) before leaving for a run of approximately 58kms (36 miles) through the outskirts of Ashbourne onwards in the direction of Swords to Oldtown and The Naul through Ballyboughal and Roganstown on through Rolestown and back to the Brock Inn.
Please pre-order and prepay for your breakfast on Saturday by calling Ann Derwin on 01-8342216 or 087-1428129, please have your card to hand to make payment, mention your a member of the IJDC.
They do a full breakfast roll and a tea and coffee for €9 or you can order from the menu.
If you are travelling from the M50, turn off at Junction 5 (Finglas) and head North for about 500 metres before taking the first slip road to the left (signposted for Coldwinters). At the Dogs Trust T junction, turn right on to the R135 (old Ashbourne Road) and head North through Kilshane Cross for approx 1.5 miles. The Brock Inn is the orange building on the Right Hand Side but, if you miss it, there is a roundabout just past it so you can turn back there.
